Sonia & Alfredo’s Wedding

I had the opportunity to work along side Lolypix Photography to photograph this beautiful wedding. Sonia and Alfredo were married on Miami Beach on a beautiful late afternoon on Cinco de Mayo and the day was perfect. I always worry a bit when the wedding ceremony is outdoors because the weather is unpredictable, but I actually really enjoy it as well. The shooting conditions are challenging and fun! Working as a second shooter for this wedding allowed me to get angles that I would usually not be able to capture because I have to be at certain positions to capture the ” the key shots ” and this also allowed me to explore a few different creative possibilities in terms of composition.

In any case, the wedding was amazing and everything was extremely well organized by Joan Love Events. Sonia and Alfredo were very happy on their special day and everyone was looking great! Working as a mother and son team for this wedding was a very rewarding experience for me and I really felt like we had complete coverage of everything from beginning to end. Congratulations Sonia and Alfredo!

OMG!!! this post brings back wonderful memories. I loved Sonia & Alfredo’s wedding, what an awesome couple! and I looooved working with you Chris. I too feel that we were the perfect compliment to each other with me making sure I captured all the “must have” traditional shots, as I was able to rest assured that you had my back in capturing the more artistic “fly on the wall” candids and different angle shots. I think we rocked this wedding, and Sonia and Alfredo have confirmed it by expressing how happy they are with our work. Beautiful wedding and tons of photos to prove it. I love it!

I offer a unique and creative way of capturing your memories. Every moment is special and I try to capture them as they naturally as possible. I love to photograph with available light because it allows me to photograph candidly and as un-invasive as possible so photo subjects are portrayed naturally and to capture the feeling at that exact moment!

My hope is to create compelling images that will not just remind you of good times, but help you experience them again!
